The Coca-Cola Company has announced that it has acquired the remaining stake in Fairlife LLC from its joint venture partner Select Milk Producers.
Fairlife will continue to operate as a stand-alone business with the support and expertise of the Coca-Cola Company behind it as it pursues innovative and delicious new products that bring great nutrition and taste to the consumers.
