Dr Baidyanath Mishra joins Katra Group as Vice-President, Product Development, Regulatory and Medical affairs. Dr Mishra has replaced Patanjali Subramani who left group on health grounds.
Before joining Katra Group, Dr Mishra was Chief Scientific Officer, at Olive Life Sciences in Bangalore. Dr Mishra started his career as faculty and worked for five years at different ayurvedic colleges. Then he worked for eight years at Himalaya Drug Company in different positions at research and development and at Natural Remedies as head, regulatory affairs.
A T Jacob, CEO & Managing Director and the founder member of Katra Phytochem (India), welcoming Dr Mishra said, “Dr. Mishra’s expertise in product development, positioning products under appropriate licensing based on the targetted use and claims will help Katra Group in developing baskets of products and commercializing the same at faster pace.”
