Zydus Wellness, part of Zydus Cadila, works in the area of nutrition and cosmeceuticals and owns renowned consumer brands – Nutralite, Sugarfree and Everyuth has shifted its registered office to Sigma Commerce Zone, near ISCON temple in Ahmedabad.
The company has informed Bombay Stock Exchange about the shifting of the address. Company’s old registered office was at Zydus Tower in Ahmedabad. The company has registered 43.5% growth in the financial year 2012-13. It aims to be Rs 500 crore company by the end of this financial year.
Zydus Wellness’s Sugarfree is a leading sugar substitute in the country with around 80% share in the segment. Nutralite is low cholesterol butter brand that has posed strong competition to Amul butter.
